My name is Angela Carr, and I am a Library Associate for Monroe County Public Library in Marathon, Fl since November of 2022.  I started my career in libraries at the Whitley County Public Library in 2013 where I was a Circulation Assistant.  When I moved to Florida I realized that even though I have a master’s in education, if I wanted to move up in my chosen field I would need an MLIS, so I decided to enroll in the University of South Florida’s Library and Information Science program to pursue my dream of becoming a Librarian.
